Partners with Stowe Landscape Gardens (National Trust)
The Mid-Shires Orchard Group has formed a partnership with the famous
Stowe Landscape Gardens (National Trust) where we will have our home orchard
and hold a regular series of events and training. We are also working with the estate
to conserve their historic orchard and trees in a five-year conservation plan in an exciting
scheme which will see the conservation and improvement of the existing trees,
the creation of a new reserve orchard with an interpretation for the public and apple events.
This will be a wonderful opportunity for members to be involved in the life of this
great estate and its history.
